Flexibility | Adaptability | Growth

Based on the latest research, Resilience Results developed a unique model which encapsulates current thinking within the field of Positive Psychology.

The Resilience Results Model© illustrates that resilience is not a single skill, but rather a variety of skills and coping mechanisms that can be developed to provide both individual and organisational benefits. The Resilience Results Toolkit of analysis, training, coaching and psychotherapy is underpinned by this model.

The Resilience Results Tool kit

The Resilience Results Toolkit is a stepped approach, tailored to your organisation’s needs.

Within this approach, individuals can transition through the steps in line with their own requirements and those of the organisation. As a result, resources are targeted accurately and effectively to enable organisations to achieve resilience in their people, in their leadership and endemically throughout their business.

See our stepped approach below...

Resilience is difficult to quantify but we have found a solution. THE RADIX (The Resilience Assessment & Development Index) is a unique instrument specifically developed by Resilience Results to dynamically measure resilience.

Resilience Results will work with you to tailor an innovative programme which addresses any resilience gap by suggesting the most appropriate solutions from our toolkit.

Resilience Results offers an end to end suite of training products; developing resilience at an individual and organisational level. We ensure that our training solutions are highly interactive, fun and engaging whilst also being informative and educational.

The Resilience Results Workshop introduces resilience and why it is important. It offers an explanation of how we as individuals can be more resilient and it provides tools and techniques to enable this journey. This popular introductory session adopts a lively, practical approach.

Resilience Results offers 6 e-learning modules; one for each of the “Roots of Resilience”. Trainees can reinforce the learning acquired on the workshop and further explore their areas for development as defined by their personal resilience RADIX. Individuals can select the modules appropriate for them and complete these at their convenience.

To ensure that resilience is embedded organisation wide, our Leadership Programme encourages your organisation’s managers and leaders to examine and develop how they can lead resiliently and inspire resilience in others.

Coaching is a targeted and effective development tool. It offers a high rate of return and ensures that the benefits of your investment in resilience training are protected and optimised. We offer a choice of experienced executive coaches who are professionally trained and qualified and whom follow the strict professional guidelines and ethics as outlined by bodies such as The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) or the Association of Coaching.

One to One Coaching

Team Coaching

and Agree

One to one sessions for senior managers and key personnel, aiming to optimise and re-inforce resilience learning. Coaching allows senior people to explore specific challenges and their approach to leading resiliently. In session, clients typically review existing behaviours, analyse what is and is not serving them well and then create and commit to alternative strategies and behaviours.

Aimed at senior teams, team coaching can enable a group to consider how they lead and how that activity can improve and embed resilience across the organisation. Barriers to resilience can be reviewed and dismantled and new behaviours installed in their place.

Coaching goals are agreed within a tripartite agreement. The organisation, client and coach form a common understanding of the desired outcome. A number of sessions is settled on and review points are established to consider the progress towards the stated goal and to discuss any necessary adjustments.

Psychotherapy, also called “talking therapy,” is a process in which mental health concerns are treated by qualified and experienced mental health professionals.

Psychotherapy can resolve symptoms of psychological distress such as low performance, demotivation or disruptive behaviour. Emotional difficulties can be addressed by challenging negative automatic thoughts and changing the corresponding feelings and behaviours.

An investment in psychotherapy offers a crucial tool in maximising employee wellbeing, engagement and productivity. Ultimately restoring and rebuilding resilience.

An intervention in its own right, and refers to the education offered to individuals with a mental health condition to help empower them and deal with their problems in an optimal way.

An approach that aims to help individuals change deep-seated, and often unconscious, emotional problems by alleviating symptoms of distress.

Improves mental wellbeing by helping us to pay more attention to the present. By noticing how our thoughts influence our emotions and behaviours in the moment, we can understand ourselves better and enjoy the world more.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy:

Helps you manage your current problems by changing your negative thought patterns, which in turn will improve how your feel emotionally, physiologically and behaviourally.

Person-Centred Therapy:

Deals with how an individual consciously perceives themselves. Often the ability to develop towards our true potential is blocked by life experiences which can negatively impact our ‘self-concept’. Individuals are helped to achieve personal growth and reach their full potential.

Transactional Analysis:

A modern from of psychology whereby social interactions, or transactions, that interfere with the achievement of aspirations are analysed (parent-like, child-like or adult-like) in order to promote change and personal growth.

Systemic Therapy:

Addresses people at the individual level and considers the systems within which they function (family, relationships, teams etc.) This therapeutic approach focusses on group dynamics in order to resolve interpersonal conflicts and solve psychological problems.

Resilience Results offers psychotherapy at both the individual and group level. Whilst individual therapy is highly bespoke, group therapy is designed to target specific problems like stress, anxiety or low mood utilising techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or Psychoeducation.

Depending on the organisation, individuals can either self-refer or be referred. A psychotherapist will then assess and suggest the most suitable treatment plan, and agree a review date.
